Excelente servicio
Such an easy process! Chose Satellite via our glass protection in our insurance. Filled out forms online, chose Satellite, appointment text confirmed day/time. Spyder was our tech and checked in before he arrived, very efficient, polite. Gave good info on how auto glass works, etc. Shared easy-to-understand followup details. Cleaned up completely.
They did a great job replacing my windshield. They made it easy because they gave you the choice to come to them or they come to you. I chose the one for them to come to me Granite. The technician was late, but he did show up and he did do a good job. I would recommend your company.
I booked a Saturday appointment and made sure the car was available. 5 minutes before my appointment I was sent a text that I was rebooked for a Monday. I was not able to contact anyone to book at a time good for me. I ended up rearranging my week to make sure the car was available. Once the tech arrived on Monday he did a great job. I would have appreciated some heads up and could rebook at a time I needed. Poor customer service, but the work was fine.
