The staff was knowledgeable and kind about my lack of knowledge. My repair was completed quickly and with no fuss on my end.

I had a rock chip my window on Thursday while driving home from lunch. I scheduled an at home rock chip repair with Safelite late on Thursday night. Before 9am on Friday morning, the rock chip was repaired. Very good experience all around, would definitely schedule with Safelite again.
