Had a bad experience with David Shanks. He was rude to us and made my fiance and I feel very uncomfortable when we spoke with him. He kept bragging about his high tech position with the company and all we kept thinking was holy moly... guacamole, who speaks to customers like this, especially when working for a huge company. He had no care in the world for us. Glad I didn't hire this company after seeing some of the negative reviews others had posted.
Fast, professional and helpful. I scheduled last weekend after my mirror got cracked by some rocks falling off a truck bed. They helped check my insurance for coverage and said the appointment would take 1-3 hours. I showed up, gave my keys and only had to wait. 1.5 hours. Genuinely the best feeling. I would advise bringing some a book or laptop in case you need to wait longer because there isn't much around.
Wrapped my window so I could drive til they could fix it
Safelite on Harmon Ave did a horrible job. From the manager at the time that approved an aftermarket windshield on my 6 month old car to the tech that installed it and knew the year view mirror wasn’t fitting correctly. To the glass dust left all over my dashboard. 6 months later after going round and round I’m back to sit for another 3 hours to get a manufacturer’s windshield installed and hopefully the year view mirror won’t flop around with every bump in the road.
Was told they would be here between 8-12 to put my new windshield on and it’s 12:30 and still haven’t heard or seen anything. Very unprofessional. Update, they showed up an hr and a half late to tell me they couldn’t even do it because of a small dent. Total joke.
