The technician, Andy, was wonderful. He was explaining things as he went. Very professional and personable.
I had to have my windshield replaced. Emilien with the mobile service arrived before time scheduled and made the whole replacement process so easy. He kept me up date on everything he was doing and when the job was completed. Safelite sent information of what to do after the window was replaced but Emilien called and went over everything with me also.
Will update my review accordingly. Have used safelite in the past for several windshield replacements due to highway commutes. Never an issue until now. The tech destroyed the interior and exterior of my vehicle. I’m talking interior trim damage all along where it meets the windshield, plastic shavings everywhere, paint damage, missing pieces, damaged pieces, pieces reinstalled incorrectly or not at all, gaps in molding, the works.
