Safelites customer service was awesome! There were some issues with The installation and a faulty windshield which resulted in me having it replaced out a couple of times. No questions asked with their guarantee. Easy process for scheduling scheduling and the techs were friendly and knowledgeable.

Safelite came to "repair" a small 1/2" crack in my windshield that I wasn't going to bother with until I was told that insurance covers repairs without a deductible. Less than a week later the small crack grew to 8" and Safelite told me I had to replace the entire windshield. Well, I have a high deductible so my "free" repair turned into $950 out of my pocket. What a scam....don't believe them when they say they can make repairs. I sure wish I had just left the meaningless crack alone and never dealt with them.
