I just love them. As a working Mom, the mobile service is extremely convenient. Their staff is always so friendly, and their technicians are timely, efficient and professional.
I love that Safelite was able to come to my work to replace my windshield. The technician called before arriving and I was able to give him some instructions as I was not able to go out and meet him. He did the work and called me when he was finished and gave me instructions on the Windshield. This is the 4 time I have used them and I highly recommend them.
WARNING: super frustrating and scammy process with how they bill clients vs insurance. I had a windshield and recalibration replacement quoted at $1107.87 (deductible is $1000). when the tech arrived they said they cant do the recalibration because of modifications to my truck, but they would remove that charge from my quote. I said OK great, as long as im not being charged I dont need recalibration and i would no longer like to go through insurance because it is now less than my deductable. when work was completed I was sti... read more
