I never spoke with a technician; I have been spoiled by other automobile service places with some kind of contact. The receptionist was very nice so I appreciated that aspect. The car was ready much sooner than I thought it would be so I appreciated that as well. Thank you for partially washing the rear window (BTW - the wiper on that window is moveable so it would have been nice if you had washed the entire window). Safelite AutoGlass repair was amazing, they were able to get my car schedule quickly. The technician was friendly and was actually able to come earlier to fix the chip in the windshield and was done in a timely manner.
