I had to get a new windshield after a hail storm. At first I was told I could just get a repair, but the mobil unit finally got to my car (around 4:30, I guess they had said between 1 and 5pm...) and declared that it was too large. I had accurately described the size on the crack in inches over the phone and was told it was repairable.
