My technician Jesse was wonderful. He was fun to talk to and cared enough to save my stickers. That’s not something I was expecting.
Scheduling was easy, waiting area is nice with a coffee bar. Every worker I interacted with was pleasant. I was in and out of there in an hour for a windshield replacement!
The manager, Kevin Hill took great care of us! We thought it may be a full day appointment but they had us out of there in less than an hour. The folks there at Safelite in Henrietta are always so helpful and polite and our tech, Chris fixed up our Jeep like it was brand new! Thanks guys, keep up the great work!
