Caught a rock on the highway and needed to get my windshield replaced. Went online, put in my info and scheduled an appointment about 3 days out from when I had the damage happen. I showed up to their location since this was not a situation where they'd just come to me. I was met with a friendly face who took my keys, gave me some info, verified my contact info and immediately took my vehicle in. Chad the Technician provided an excellent and effortless (on my part) service, was left EXTREMELY happy with the windshield replacement on my car!!
Second time using Safelight and going to be our last. They over charged me $380 from what they quoted me. Had to call and they fixed that. Then the installer warp the cowl. I texted the technician and he told me unfortunately I would need to buy a new cowl. So I had to buy a new rubber seal to prevent water damage in the future. The $903 we paid and damaged we received was uncalled for. Would not recommend this company. 100k dollar vehicle now we have to fix what they won’t. We should have gotten a full refund.
O and out in less than 45 minutes with no issues…. Nice!!!
They close early and force customers to be without vehicles for extra days. Went to pick up my car before 4:30 and they were closed after confirming over the phone I would pick up today.
