My personal experience with safelite was that they have internal communication issues. On Sunday I made an appointment to have my windshield replaced by 2pm on Monday. They called after the appointment to say they hadn't received my glass on their shipment (from their own warehouse I believe) and wouldn't be able to put my windshield in until first thing Tuesday. Had Eric come by to replace a windsheild on my 2008 Hummer H3. He was very professional and did a great job. He even moved the ezpass stickers to the new windshield. Vacuumed and cleaned all windows, very top notch and went above and beyond. Was great to see someone who takes pride in their work!

Had work done on my vw done here. they put a windshield in for me. Average cost is 150.00. They did a fair job. Ended up bringing car back for defective leak and they were glad to fix it. give them a 7 on a scale 1 to 10.
same day service..what a crock! 145 mobile vans, yeah right! I contacted this company via Internet at 7:30am, they got back to me @ 9:06 and they did not have an in home appointment time until Saturday! I wasted my time on them, tried calling other companies, but it was too late!
This is the worst Place I ever went to! I got a new windsield the very next day i noticed a little nick in the window so I brought it right back to them and the guy who was there was very rude! I told him nothing hit it and he just kept saying that something that it did and tried to make me feel like I was stupid.
