Really don't know. Called them and after a dozen menu changes, while they refused to talk to me- kept directing me to website-- I gave up- called Manchester Auto Glass- They are coming out tomorrow--- 75.00 cheaper than safelites advertised price- I suggest you talk to people - maybe -- So they may be wonderful--

Safelite came and said they had the wrong glass and they would be right back with the right one. Never called and said they were not coming back nothing. All they did was cancel my order with Geico (probably so I could not complain) and never show back up again. The other company came out and told me its was because my glass needed to be special ordered. If Safelite did not want to do the work they could have at least told me.
This company is the worst EVER! They make appointments they never keep and do not notify you if they are not coming. I ended up having to go with another company to have the work completed! SAFELITE AUTOGLASS IS TERRIBLE!
I would recommend this business to my family and friends. Stopped in to check out a chip in my windshield and was told what needed to by done to repair it and how to get my insurance company to cover the repair. The appointment was set up over the phone for the next day. I waited in the shop while the vehicle was repaired. Total time was about 1/2 and hour which is excellent. Happy with the work performed and treated well by the crew. If I ever need a windshield repaired again, I definitely go back.
0 stars.. Do not let them work on your BMW X5. Unfamiliar with removing door panels. Ripped sound barrier in several areas when removing. Replaced door panel with missing and broken clips.
They cleaed all my glass when done. Fast and friendly but the lack of detail to complete the work was poor. The didn't take off my base stickers and transfer them to the new windshield untill I noticed they were missing. They didn't check paperwork when I was checking out to see my insurance was covering the repairs and asked me how I was paying for the repairs. I didn't notice until I got home and didn't feel like driving back to tell them but they removed my Dash Mat, didn't vacume off the glass and threw it on the back se... read more
Never again. Safelite replaced my windshield, told me they windexed the windshield and ir'll be right out, when they brought it out, and said "You're all set", walking to the vehicle I noticed 5 spider cracks, and they couldn't explain it. Not good. Told me they'd have to wait for the glue to dry in a few days, and reschedule. Went back, and they made me wait 3 hours, giving me 2 different excuses. Never again...
This past February my 1992 Mazda needed its windshield replaced. The car was dropped off that morning and was finished before I went to work that afternoon. When I picked it up there were a few minor things that were not to my liking. First of all when it was time to pay my share of the cost not being covered by my insurance they wanted to charge me more.
