Don't go. Horrible service and technicians. They cancelled out on me due to my anger with them not doing the job on time and the technician never calling me and making desicions without my consent. Very unprofessional.
Call someone else, three times scheduled to come and replace windshield, three times did not. Got excuses the first two times, nary a call the third. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else!
unreliable, no showed 3 times to replace windshield wasted three days waiting for them to come to replace my windshield, first excuse, after waiting over half the day, was that the wrong windshield was on the shelf, the second time, after losing a whole day of work, was that the windshield hadn't come in....after they made the appointment and verified it, the third time, not even a phone call, wasted another whole day! Not sure who is running this business but sure that just about anyone could do better!
Great Service! Honest and FAST! – I can't say enough good about SafeLite. We've had glass break on our van and a truck and they were exceptional each time! They come out to where you work or live, replace the glass, vacuum the area to clean up any debris. I had some electronics & change in the car, and as true professionals didn't touch it. In Erie, the weather is seldom cooperative, so they have taken my vehicle to their facility so they could work indoors. Great workmanship. Great Service! Can't recommend them enough.
