I along with customer care have tried contacting the shop and they won’t pick up. My technician made my car smell awful and broke my phone holder and said nothing. I have a claim and they were supposed to reach out the past two days and I’ve heard nothing. Would not recommend this shop. I have updated this to three stars only because Jessica the manager reached out and made things right. She was understanding and polite. I appreciate her customer service.

Excellent customer service, super fast, extra friendly, great communication
Scheduling my appointment was very easy on the website. Techincian was great about communicating day of and did a great job dealing with last minute rain to do the install at my house.
