I’m a repeat customer. I’ve used safelite for multiple front windshields and the job was phenomenal, professional and worthy of the brand. This time I had to have my rear windshield replaced. It was a disaster in every way. They were late, the tech was incompetent, he caused damage to my vehicle and broke the liftgate, he showed unprepared for the job, he left a mess and topped it off with a terrible attitude and zero customer service skills.
