My experience with Safelite was seamless and effortless. The drop-off, pickup, and recalibration processes were executed flawlessly. I particularly appreciated the follow-up phone call to ensure my satisfaction, as well as the offer of additional services. The communication and prompt service were highly commendable.
Jimmy was the tech snd he was polite, prompt, very efficient.
Poor customer service. Delayed my appointment twice. Calling me the afternoon before a morning drop off the next day the parts have not come in. Never rescheduled me when the parts did come in. Had side windows and rear window replaced. Left scratches and dents near areas around the windows that were being worked on. Went twice to talk to someone since the office phone number goes through an AI assistant loop. Shop manager never called to follow up with warranty claim.
