Had a bad window chip and Mark did a great job to fill it. He kept me posted on the progress throughout, was quick, and professional. I will use this location the next time I need work done on my windshield.
3 appointments for a simple windshield replacement. 2 at home and one in shop. Was told it would take 2 hour, it was 4. Nightmare trying to schedule on the phone, the automation makes it impossible. Then once you get to a human it's just as bad. The waiting room is flickering lights, no music, or tv. Just boredom. Then techs that came to the house were nice at least.
Catherine at the Evan’s location was so helpful and made the entire experience effortless. Her customer service skills, communication, professionalism and friendliness are excellent. Safelite, please give Cathrine and the team at Evan’s location a raise & acknowledge their great work!
