Made an appointment for chip repair, was given time window 8AM -12Pm, no show. Used message app no update available, finally given phone number to call. Put on hold then told a voice message left for tech to call me direct in next 10 minutes. No call . 20 minutes later a call saying tech was not at work today so I would need to reschedule c, first available appointment 2 days later. Spent 6 hours waiting today, not happy. The AI they used provides terrible customer experience.Feel for the few humans involved.
This company is billing me for a service I never used; I never hired them for absolutely anything, yet a bill addressed to me arrived at my home. I’ve sent emails, but no one replies or resolves the issue.
Easy peasy appt on website, great receptionist, quick service. Will use again, if needed.
Good service. Knowledgeable tech went over everything, care for new windshield and condition of wipers, etc. Scheduling appointment on line was easy. Great location at Evans-Colorado Blvd, very close to light rail. Happy with the new windshield. I can see clearly, now!!
