I wish I had a better experience to report, but days after the technician replaced my smashed driver's-side power window, I'm no longer able to open that door from the inside, as some glass seems to be blocking the latch. The earliest Safelite can come out to repair the door is nine days from now, so that'll be fun... I'll happily update this after my follow-up appointment.
2 stars because they all seem nice. Same story as others - dealing with poor workmanship becomes your second job. Warranty claim #2. Dealing with corporate hasn’t helped either as communication remains poor.
