Safelite has always been extremely professional and willing to work with pricing on chip repairs and very knowledgeable with so far great communication. The only thing is I wish I could schedule my next appointment directly through the branch number that I want to go to that has availability. Thanks again safelite team for making it seemless for chip resin repairs!
We scheduled an apt on line a week in advance. Received confirmations via text and email the night before. Waited our entire 8 to noon window for no one to show. Got hung up on 3 times by AI and when we got ahold of someone finally, they stated someone tried to call at 1020am - over halfway through our window on apt day to tell us we would have to reschedule to take the truck in. Zero missed calls, zero calls on our call log. Absolutely awful customer service or any regard for customers time. Will never call again.
Excellent service! Staff was amazing. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind. The gentleman that did my replacement was knowledgeable, cool, and super nice. I got by Volvo XC90 front windshield replaced at 7 am Saturday August 8, 2026. Only took about 2 hours, and my wife and I were on our way. I highly recommend Safelite for sure. Safelite repair, Safelite replace!
The team was very professional and completed the work on time as promised.
