I was in and out in far less time than I expected. Friendly and professional.
Super unfriendly desk staff. My appointment was scheduled at 1 pm. At 1:20 asked when my vehicle would be going in- it was still in the parking lot- they went to check. At 1:35 as asked again for a time estimate of when my vehicle was going to be serviced, the women at the desk were rude and dismissive. They hurriedly sent a random serviceman out to get my car. I waited 35 mins before my car was taken in. The process took 34 mins to fix. Not impressed at all.
On schedule, accurate, informative.
Very professional and fast work. Technician was clearly very experienced and communicated well after the windshield was installed.
