On August 5, 2025, I visited the Union City Safelite to schedule a windshield replacement. I spoke with Alexis, who was professional, courteous, and helpful. She advised me to contact my insurance company to initiate a claim if I planned to use insurance. I immediately contacted State Farm from my car, and they scheduled my appointment for August 7, 2025, at 1:00 PM.
