Scheduling was easy, plenty of status updates, tech was quick and professional
My rep was amazing, very punctual & personable
Debris was left on my dash and the wipers aren't aligned correctly after explaining that they needed to be, maybe they don't do that sort of thing but just don't want it to scratch my windshield that's my only worry
Disappointed i had an appointment today July 15 at 1pm. I arrived a bit early after been ignored the lady finally started to assist me i got my windshield replaced when I was in nyc visiting family on June 26th I explained what the problem was and what I am hearing while I drive the technician stated he hears what im talking about. And states it's coming from my dashboard. Was told I have to take it to the dealer and im responsible for the cost if any to fix. Asked for the manager front desk reffer to me as that man.
