The technician was professional and knew his job. He called to let us know there were three customers ahead of us. He would call us when he was on the way. The technician called us when he was on the way and told me expect him within 15 minutes. The technician replaced the windshield on the Chevy Tahoe. We are thankful we didn’t have to drive to Union City to have the work done.
Wish I could give no stars. They canceled on me 3 times no call first 2 I had to reach out. But the tech that came out was excellent nice friendly and made me feel better about the company as a whole
Very pleased with the service we received. The technician was top notch. Very professional. I’m not as happy with my deductible, but the service and price for the service were both reasonable. I only paid $5 less with my deductible than the windshield would have cost without insurance, which is making me rethink my insurance policy.
