I got my windshield replaced, they removed my old rear view mirror and they put a cheap one on and then when I received my vehicle the rear view mirror was not installed properly so it would wiggle and on Friday it cracked because of that now I got to get a new windshield because it's not covered under warranty, stay away from safelite. They also didn't clean up the mess they made after replacing my windshield. Just go with the dealership better quality than the cheap stuff they offer
I was out before the estimated 3 hours which I appreciate. I also appreciate Dominic (spell check) being patient with me while I got my payment sorted out. He also saved me a step having to go to Honda to check my brake system. I tried to call to thank him but could not easily get connected. If he could give me a call back that would be greatly appreciated!

Quick and easy process to schedule appointment online. Once arrived, was taken care of immediately. The customer service was A+as well as the glass replacement service. I was in and out within 1.5 hours. Location was clean and very comfortable to wait. They also had complimentary coffee and water.
