WORST experience! On August 23, 2025, Ethan replaced my windshield but installed it incorrectly, leaving my wiper sensors nonfunctional and damaging my dash cam cords (which worked perfectly before). He never disclosed the damage, only asked for a review "as it affects his pay". A week later, Bruce came to fix the poor installation and confirmed the dash cam cable was cut. Very professional
Excellent company. Everything was seamless and highly professional. Malcolm was great!!
It was an uneven experience with little to no communication about sudden cancellation with no explanation or response and during the appointment no communication including not being told how long it would take and the office staff leaving staff leaving for the day and not saying anything to me.
