The technician came a little earlier than expected, which was fine and he did a good job. I have no complaints about the work. Just the technicians comment about payment. It wasn’t professional at all.

I scheduled a windshield replacement online with the option to drop off at the business opening and pick the vehicle up at the close of business on the same day. I picked an open date on the website. I brought the car to the facility at 8:30 AM on that date and was told I'd get called or texted updates throughout the day. I heard nothing from them all day.
