Technical came to my house and performed the work with quality and courtesy. Only thing that would be better is more accuracy on visit timing. Technician came 3+ hours into a 4 hr time window and completed an hour after the time window ended. This is a reflection on the company's scheduling practice, not the technician.
The team was friendly, thorough and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time.
I made an appointment for a friday same day, i called at 9am they said my appointment would be between 12-5p. I got an email and a text at 2pm that day saying my appointment was rescheduled for Monday 12-5p. Luckily i have a flexible schedule and i was able to make it work but no human reached out to verify this they just sent me a time i would have to make work?!
