Brandon the manager had my car taking care of early and did an amazing job , smooth , clean 100% satisfied.
I had an absolutely unacceptable experience with Safelite AutoGlass. They scheduled a Saturday appointment and completely no-called, no-showed. No courtesy call, no update, nothing. I waited through the entire appointment window just to be left hanging. When I called them, I was given a vague, clearly scripted excuse that didn’t explain anything. Employees were Awsome here. Very respectful and explained the pros and cons of the repair. I would recommend to all this shop. They also completed the job in less time than was scheduled.
Great experience. Service staff was friendly and they did a nice job.
