awful – I contacted this company through my insurance to replace a cracked windsheid. It started off fine enough - they scheduled me for an appointment at my place of business within two days of my call. I left them my work and cell phone numbers to make sure they could contact me when they got here. I was given a 12-5 p.m. window. So I go out to check on it at 4 to see a note: "no contact number, call to reschedule."
