Safelite in Cromell was an extremely positive experience. Definitely one of the best offices I have gone to in CT. Julian worked on my windshield. He was very personable and professional and did a great job! Also wanted to acknowledge Jocelyn as well- at the front desk. She was very patient and informative with my questions and also very personable. Thank you very much! I would highly recommend!
Terrible. My $400 back windshield repair left me with $1300 in damages to my car. No one returning my calls. Total BS
