Took 3 trips to get my windshield replaced, inside of vehicle was left dirty from the install. Took 9hrs for replacement instead of 2.5hrs. Appears that this location is understaffed.

Safelite on Vandiver in Columbia, Missouri treated me with professionalism and kindness. The master technician (I believe his name was Josh. My apologies if I’m remembering wrong) who replaced my (recalibrated) windshield and wiper blades was very polite and kind. He completed the work very promptly and I was actually informed me when the work was completed rather than me having to check back to see if it was done. Easy to fill out info online and set up an appointment. Since it was in winter, had to do at their shop. Only had to have them readjust the rear-view mirror. Only took a couple of minutes.
