Absolute incompetent joke of an experience. Paid on line for my F150, $404. Had an at home appointment on a Wed. Tech cancelled because the window was damaged. Made another for the next day, Thursday. Tech canceled because the window was damaged. Made an appointment at their shop the next day, Friday. They put the window in. So I had an appointment on Vandiver at 11a.m. today. I pulled up and 2 shop doors were open. I go to the handle glass door and it was locked. They open from 8-5. I walk around to the garage and now both doors are closed. Is this how they always treat customers with appointments? Now you have two disappointed veterans that will be recommending to many not to patronize you.
