SAFELITE SUCKSSSSS!!!!! If I could give a negative review I would!! I had a small crack, they “fixed” it, the crack got bigger daily & now they won’t fix it. Said they will replace the windshield but I have to pay my insurance deductible. Why the hell would I give them more money when they destroyed my windshield and hold no responsibility! Scam, ridiculous, disgusting, vile company!! They probably break windshields on purpose so you have to come back and buy a replacement. Oh and their website says lifetime guarantee. LIES!... read more
Very professional. Easy to book. Tech arrived at my house when scheduled, replaced the rear window, even vacuumed up the driveway (and car interior). I would use them again.
