Update no one from Safelite ever contacted me. Beware they don’t care about the customer whatsoever! Robert the installer skipped vital steps he failed to unhook the battery so when he recalibrated the system it would work properly this caused my battery to die because he didn’t do his job correctly. This caused me an additional $300 to replace the battery he ruined mind you the battery was just replaced 4 months ago. No one from safelite has contacted me to reimburse me my money. The tech came out next day and replaced the side window. It looks and works perfect.
