I sat here for several hours waiting for my car and witnessed a very difficult woman come in at the end of the business day. Matthew behind the counter was extremely patient with her. He let her sit with him and even talked to her insurance on her behalf. He spent nearly an hour assisting her. I would have gone crazy, but he remained patient and kind the entire time, even when kids in the waiting room were going totally bonkers and screaming. He deserves a shout-out and a raise.

The technicians broke parts on my van when replacing windshield and act like it’s no big deal and just glue it. Very inexperienced. We have had vehicles windshields repaired by other companies in the past with zero breakage. We needed the repair done faster for a planned trip and the other company was not available before our trip so we chose safelite. Ugh wish we hadn’t…
