Poor customer service. Scheduled drop off service and was there at 8:10am asked for it to be done by 3:30 wasn’t complete until after 5pm. Didn’t seem to understand that people have schedules and picking up kids so their not standing on the side of the road was important. They told me multiple times that I signed up for drop off service so it’s their policy to have it done by 5 pm. Basically I dropped my car off at 8am so they could start it at 3:50. Not a good experience! Technician came to my house to replace my windshield. He did it but could not recalibrate the cruise control system. My visual inspection found four dents in the roof of my car next to the molding that had to be removed. Two on each side, glue fingerprints on the sides of the car form reinstalling the molding. Had to take it to their shop to have the system recalibrated. Still waiting to hear how they plan to take care of the dents. Not a happy customer!
