Contacted them through my auto insurer (the one with a gecko for a spokesman), and experience was excellent. Scheduling was very easy & convenient (they were able to come to my home and do the repair in my driveway). Communication was great (reminder call the day before, and the technician (Rafael) called before coming over. Used the SafeLite service (as contracted through my insurance) to set up an appointment for windscreen replacement, confirmed the VIN of my vehicle, and confirmed the appointment time, location and duration of 1-1.5 minutes for installation. I rearranged my entire day to make this happen, but when I arrived they said it would actually take 2.5-3.5 hours because it was different than what was expected, I have optical sensors that need to be aligned after glass installation.
