Used the SafeLite service (as contracted through my insurance) to set up an appointment for windscreen replacement, confirmed the VIN of my vehicle, and confirmed the appointment time, location and duration of 1-1.5 hours for installation. Excellent service and communication. I set up my appointment online which was a quick and easy process. My technician, Jacob, was professional, thorough in explaining the repair process, and quick with the repairs. I can hardly even tell where the damage was. Highly recommend!
