Crew at Santa Maria shop was great, kept me informed every step of the way to completing the windshield replacement. Since I was traveling an hour to the shop, they let me know that the windshield replacement had arrived and the were ready to work on the car. They were able to do the replacement and recalibration in 4 hours.
The online quote and reservation process was a snap. Customer service follow up and follow thru was fabulous. Kerry was amazing. The windshield was so clear and clean that we weren’t sure if the windshield was really there! Hope we don’t need auto glass repair again , but if we do we are going to SafeLite.
It's my first time here. Honestly, I was most impressed with the customer care service. The dude that was helping me, "Daniel," I think his name was, was a super cool guy and very knowledgeable. It's a breath of fresh air, especially in this town, to get good customer service. I highly recommend this place!
