The technician AnDrew is rude and does not have good phone etiquette.
Had a windshield replaced in January. Had water seepage and got worse. Took up there and they said they couldn’t find a leak. After the hurricanes I sprayed water and got it to leak. They replaced it and now NO leaks. Have water damaged and called the DM and his boss Ryan. No returned calls !!! Do not use safelite ! They do not cover and damages !!!! They will blow you off….
Tech Luis came to my house to replace back driver side window and he was amazing! Quick, efficient, & professional! He kept me updated with when he would be coming and showed me how everything was fully functional afterwards. I appreciate him taking the extra mile!
Wanted to give a shout out to luis for doing so an awesome job on my 2016 tacoma windshield replacement, job came out nice outstanding customer service,keep up the good work.
Had to give them 5 stars! Tech Ramon and crew were the most excellent! Needed my front passenger window replaced and was initially given a 90 min time frame for repair; brought my car in at 11am and they were done with it by11:24am!! I was stunned. Didn't even have time to finish my coffee. I highly recommend this location. Everyone from Jennifer at the front desk to the techs working hard in the back, were VERY professional and super nice and welcoming.
