Called shortly after appointment window for a time he should arrive. It was raining and I was concerned installation would be delayed. Michael had a can do attitude and was able to complete installation in cramped garage. I thank you sir! Nice job👍🏻
Very professional and amazing communication from start to finish.
The wait time was longer than expected, but the service staff were very professional and thorough. The waiting area was basic with charging stations available and small beverage center with coffee maker and water coolers.
I scheduled for a mobile appt and the guy said he didn’t have the tools to complete the job. I then rescheduled and no one showed up at all. I tried a third time and again, no one showed up. I talked to a manager who said all mobile techs should have all the equipment they need. I got told over and over to come to a shop to get the work done. Ok, but then WHY DO YOU OFFER THE MOBILE SERVICE!?!? I had to take my whole Saturday and bring it to the shop to get them to actually do the work. And on top of that, the price they cha... read more
