Setup process was easy. Tech was communicative. He didn’t fix the issue. I asked him and he said it was like new and I was good to go. I didn’t notice in the sun but he in fact, did not fix the chip and to make matters worse seems to have made his own little ding on the glass. I reached out to safelite and their response was “there’s no guarantees it would be fixed. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The lobby has a nice large table, I was able to work on some admin things and Bible study. Another woman was also able to comfortably share the table with plenty of space and also work on her laptop. The music they played was a mix of relaxing and upbeat. Install was super precise and professional and looks amazing and the technician was such a gentleman and very professional.
