My technician on his own cleaned sticker residue off my driver side window. While this might seem like a small gesture, I was struggling to get it removed myself and it was obstructing my field of view. It made my day.
I scheduled mobile repair of rear window for 2015 tundra. On first appt the tech shows up and says they gave him the wrong glass after he inspected the vehicle. I had to reschedule appt. Morning wasted. On second appointment, week later second tech shows up and says this is not a job that can be done via mobile repair. I wasted two days of work and still have a broken rear window. I should have gone to the dealer.
If I could give negative stars I would. I had storm damage on my rear glass and set up an appointment. I even called and requested factory (OEM) glass and was told "yep no problem". The appointment was longer than advised, and to top it off they put in the WRONG GLASS!! (wrong for the make, model, and year) Not only did the wrong glass get put in, they didn't even put it in straight and level.
