Service was good, even called to let me know they were ahead of schedule! After service was completed, noticed windshield wiper vent cowl was broken due to installation. Called and spoke to Jordan who did the service and said he would get back to me about fixing. This was on Saturday Aug 30 and was told he would talk to supervisor and haven’t heard anything since. I’ll be honest, I walked into Safelite already on edge. Their reviews? Rough. My first appointment? Cancelled without a single heads-up, which had me ready to believe every one-star rant on the internet. But when I actually rolled up in person with my Tesla, the experience did a 180. They had me in and out in about 15 minutes for a chip repair. Quick, efficient, and no extra nonsense. Update!!!! Went to Caliber glass and they came out next day no problem! DO NOT USE Safelite, Terrible Customer service and they should not even be in business. If I could give them no stars I would. They make an appointment to come and they never show up. The technician never call to let you know they don’t have glass. They made 3 separate appointments and would not show and give us the same excuse every time that the glass was not in. Is it on a slow boat from china. It has been 3 weeks. DO NOT USE THEM!
