Arrived early for appointment then waited over 40 minutes. Had only a spider ding in windshield less than small fingernail size. Tech claimed to have repaired it. Three days later a crack appeared which has now spread over a foot long and increasing. Tech apparently applied too much pressure. Now have to notify USAA and bring vehicle back to Safelite.
Incapable of meeting their own schedule. I have been scheduled 5 times - visited by the technician 3 times - and I still have a cracked windshield. I do not know how they stay in business.
!!!!NO LONGER AT THIS LOCATION!!!!
