Wait time wasn't bad. The Tech did a great job fixing my cracked windshield and the price without going through my insurance was reasonable.
How come ZERO stars isn’t an option? Company ordered the wrong windshield and we wasted a work day anticipating getting our replacement - may not seem like a big deal to the company but it is to the average person. Very immature young man “working the counter”, watched him argue with another customer. We mentioned to him that there was two large patches of ice on the concrete in front of the store. Caleb, my tech, did an awesome job. Arrived at my house. Started right to work. The job was completed in a timely manner. Was very informative about the next week following the new installation. Highly recommend! Customer service was also extremely good! Due to weather and no available space in my garage I had to reschedule my appointment a few times. Which is on me. They did offer to have me bring it in. I declined that offer. So they worked to schedule me an appointment when the weather was better. 10/10
