The technician for my claim, Matthew, did an amazing job. He drove to my location (Holland), found a flaw in the replacement, drive back to the shop, then completed the install. Him taking all that time for a flaw (that I wasn't able to find when I looked at the glass) to save me from later issues shows such integrity and attention to detail. Really just an amazing job and I couldn't be happier. I'd give more stars if I could.
