Horrible service do not use this branch. No call no show.
Got scheduled for an appointment with a five hour window, took five hours off work. They never showed. No call, no show. Very poor Customer Service. Do not recommend.
RecommendedMy windshield got a huge crack from something that fell while driving and I was scared to drive because it could get worse. Didn’t even attempt to fix, just rudely told me they couldn’t, used “air quotes” and had the nerve to say “thank you sir” after they told me they couldn’t do anything. Save yourself the trouble and use a local company.
I took my friend knew not even one month old Hyundai Santa Fe in ticket the windshield replaced. The windshield is scratched. The plastic moulding around the windshield camera looks like it was jimmied off with a screw driver. I spent 2 hours on hold and still never got to speak with a person. I took a survey and the survey stated that safelite would be calling me. I have yet to receive a phone call. I am going to file a claim against them. Thanks Daniel Yates from Safelite for coming out to my house today 🏠. And replacing my windshield in my truck you did an awesome job it looks very good. My windshield had a rock hit it and it made it spread so they had to replace the whole window.
Henry provided the best experience for me at SF Safelite. He provided fast (less than an hour), high quality work on my windshield replacement for my Mercedes...also, highly communicative. Even though AAA covered the cost, Safelite rates are reasonable. Highly recommend!
