They did not clean out the glass when they replaced a window, leaving me with dozens of shards to take care of myself.
The service was very good and within the time that I was told.
These kind and smart folks replaced the windshield in my husbands 21 year old Yukon on Friday. Yes, they had to order the glass ahead of time, but just a few days. They showed him why it might take a bit longer...getting out 21 year old rusted screws and they took care to get the old one out correctly, so it was easy to put the new one in. They did a great job and were very nice!
This company has scheduled and cancelled my appointments 3 times in 3 weeks going to 4 weeks. They never know what is happening with my windshield. Provide the worst service over the phone.
Really good service! Front desk staff were polite, and they fixed my windshield in no time! :)
