First, Safelite moved across the street. Both signs were still up, so it's the one next to Harbor Freight. The new facility is great! Spacious, small table for littles, water and coffee bar, tables and chairs so you can work while waiting if you want to. They took me on time, it was quick, the front desk person and the technician were polite (the tech wasn't too friendly, but he was polite). The job was done correctly--no problems, no issues.

They couldn't come to my home to replace my rear window because it is a power window. Perfectly understandable, not a problem. But then I drop the truck off and they say they can't replace the rear window because of my tonneau cover? Ok, weird, but i understand. So i ask if they could please just remove the cover (4 bolts) and do the repair since i live about 40 minutes away. They said they would check and call me back.
