Was given a 2:30 appointment. 5pm and still waiting. I took time off of work to bring the car in and spent 3 hours so far waiting for them to bring my car in. Unacceptable and such bad service.

Had an appointment scheduled for today for a warranty repair of a less than 2 month old windshield, they were scheduled to come between 12-5. I confirmed the appt via text and have proof. By 4:15 I hadn’t heard anything. I called them and was connected to the corporate office who said they could see I was scheduled and there was no technician assigned. She said she would email the shop because she could get ahold of them via phone and someone would get back to me. Sat around for hours today waiting for them to come and never... read more

DO NOT SCHEDULE HERE! 6 Cancelled appointments. Plus cancellations are done same day without warning with the most ridiculous excuses. This place is awful. So many better shops do not listen to your insurance provider referral.

My technician Trevor did a great job, he was punctual and when I couldn’t be there right away he was patient and gave me no problems. He helped me with all my questions, cleaned all the glass out of my trunk , around the area that the glass has fallen and eased all my worries. He did a great job and was a gentleman and a half. I couldn’t have asked for better service, will definitely be using this company again and will be asking specifically for Trevor!

Alicia was great! She had great communication, was super friendly and did a great job repairing my windshield. I had a hard time even finding where the damage was once she had completed the repair. Excellent job and thank you!
