Where do I start. I called my insurance company about my problem. About 3 minutes later I had a call with my appointment 2 days later. From the woman at the counter, to the service tech not to mention the manager thanked me. It was done in a timely manner, the cameras had to be reset. (Perfect by the way) The car was left clean. Made several attempts. No one showed to my home or even called to cancel appt. They reschedule without speaking to me to a Wednesday at 12:30- which I made work but find out that day they scheduled it at the shop when I made it clear I needed this completed at my home. Next appt was scheduled at my home- that morning I receive a call in the morning that they have to cancel because my new windshield came in cracked ?! I’m all set.
