Wow, this was the most difficult windshield replacement ever. My first appointment was cancelled because the first technician "Alex" forgot to bring the windshield molding and rescheduled me for the next day. The second technician "Angel” discovered rust damage (thank you for letting me know so it could be repaired) but was a complete jerk about the process. The third technician "Tavish" was angry and passive aggressive the entire time. He said he was unable to do the windshield himself and even asked me to help place it in.... read more
