I recently had my windshield replaced by Safelite. It was a great experience, easy to book an appointment online, was able to get an appointment very quickly after the damage to my windshield occurred at a time that worked for me. I was a little disappointed at first they gave me such a big time window they would arrive during but my service technician Kenny called me the morning of and told me about what time he expected to be there and called me again when he was en route with an eta. WORST customer service (or lack thereof) EVER!! Had a 7:30am appt, was there at 7:15am to drop off - they didn't even LOOK AT THE car until 2:30pm...and then noticed THEIR new WINDSHIELD was cracked!! They had to "order a new one"...it's now 4:15pm...NOT going to get it done today....and we have no way to pick it up and they WON'T DELIVER the car! NEVER...EVER....AGAIN with Safelite! GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!!
I got a chip on my windshield so my insurance company recommended Safelite. It was so easy to schedule my appointment- I did it same-day. When I arrived, the staff were very kind and made sure to answer all of my questions - above and beyond what I asked. I was super pleased with their service and will definitely be coming back (hopefully I won’t need to!)
