The lady was rude, doesn’t know what she is doing, I brought her my car said the windshield weaken I never heard something like that, I went to a company in New Hampshire (Prima auto glass) they were great, did my car like new. I just want to tell that to go to hill.

My husband brought his car to have his brand new Honda Accord to have the windshield replaced and while the technician was test driving the car power lines came down on our car and scratched it all up.When he went to pick up his car the lady there was very rude to him and didn’t even apologize for what happened to the car and never even bothered to check out the complete damage to our car!!!She just said it’s not our fault, it’s not our fault and brushed it off.I understand power lines coming down is not her fault but you we... read more
I had a great experience with Safelite at this location. The windshield I had replaced took roughly 3 hours, and I had to come into the office for the repair. Robin set the expectation, and I knew how long it would take. Jesus did the replacement and worked hard to get customers through on schedule. Their customer service was excellent, and they treated all customers on the phone and in the office with the same care. I appreciate their attention to detail.
