The tech Ramone was fast,friendly and did an awesome job.
Terrible service. I waited 8 months (Toyota's fault) to get a windshield. Talked to a safelite rep at least 8 times. Scheduled an appointment and after they installed the windshield, they refused to calibrate it. Now I have to be inconvenienced with another appointment/ day without my car and contacting insurance and going through a reimbursement procedure to add the separate calibration on. Don't accept the job if you're going to refuse to do half of it. 0/10
Scheduled glass repair service for a dent in my windshield. Had no idea what to expect as this was a first for me. It was so easy to make an appointment online-I was able to get an appointment within days. The actual service took under 30mins. The waiting area was clean. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and respectful, and my windshield looked better than I thought.
