Dropped off my car at the Peabody Safelite office on 114 at 8:00 am car was ready at 9:00 went to pickup about 9:30 got the keys and went home looked at the car on the front of the hood and the fenders there’s glass chips all over and scratches on the top of the roof and a dent on the hood near the windshield car is black and I keep it clean had to use a air gun to blow off the glass pieces on the hood very mad and unhappy with safelite would never go there again next time I will go to a smaller shop that will do the job muc... read more

A big tree branch fell during a recent storm and smashed my car windshield. The insurance company recommended Safelight to replace it and I was really impressed! The scheduling process was easy and efficient. The service technician was prompt, very personable, and professional. He answered all my questions and was clearly experienced, knowledgeable and careful. He was also able to save my inspection sticker and town parking stickers, which saved me time and money. Great experience with this company!
