I brought in my 2023 Ram TRX for a windshield repair. booking was easy and the customer service was great. Some tech took my truck for a test drive and exceeded speeds of 80mph as recorded by interior camera and could be heard because of the exhaust. maybe the test drive was need for the calibration process but racing in my truck was unprofessional.

Can’t say enough good things about Safelite, from initial contact with the office to the finish product with the technician. I have 9 vehicles and consider no alternative due to their outstanding product, service and pricing.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I arrived early for my appointment, as instructed. My vehicle wasn’t taken in until about 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment, and I was told the repair would take approximately 30 minutes. More than two hours later, I was still waiting, despite asking multiple times for updates and repeatedly being told it was “almost ready.” Delays happen, but poor communication and unrealistic time estimates are inexcusable. Arrived 10 minutes early for my scheduled appointment as requested. My keys weren’t taken until 20 minutes after my appointment time, and I was told the repair would take about 30 minutes. Over an hour later, after asking twice for an update, I’m still waiting. Delays happen, but the lack of communication and inaccurate time estimates have made this a very frustrating experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
