Matthew the tech. was great. He was very professional. My new windshield looks great. Safelite was very easy to schedule with for my appointment. The recalibration was a success without any issues. Hopefully I won't need them for a while but if so I will not hesitate To call them.
The technician was fantastic and did a great job but, Safelite sent me an appointment confirmation the day prior to my install indicating they would be here between 8 and 9 am. I accepted the invite and planned my day accordingly but the technician didn’t arrive until 11:45. Very poor service. My whole day was shot!
