I had an appointment on a Friday between 12-5pm. I took off of work to be home for said appointment. Nobody called, emailed, or text to tell me they were not coming. I called corp and they said someone on their end rescheduled for the following Tuesday and there was an additional $50 charge, now they wanted $465. Must be part of their scam. Not one person told my why they charged more or missed my appointment. I had ABC Auto Glass come out and they did it for $300 the next morning.
