Safelight Flagstaff has great people and awesome customer service. I was on vacation for a week up there and they got my truck in for a replacement very quickly and helped rectify an issue from my last windshield replacement.
The guy who changed my windshield received a $20 tip and he left glass all inside of my car after he would replace my windshield and he just left he didn't say anything about it and he didn't even clean it up
Great and fast service. Tech was super nice.
This shop was so nice and courteous and so helpful. Even after call center was rude and didn't have a clue. The call center made us very courteous with all the questions. And it's not perffesional to have dogs barking in back ground and other interruptions with customers on phone. Get rid of your call centers. And let the real people at your offices help us. Thank you for the staff on 4th st in flagstaff. They represent your company the way you should. And deserve a 100% grade for thier help. Will never go anywhere else. KEE... read more
