The shop was old, grubby, poorly welcoming, but the installation was flawless, professional and warranted. Hope your shop is more welcoming....
The technician was pleasant professional and helped me with glass and my mom with wipers. I would use Safelite again. Came to my house and was very simple to get my windshield repaired
I have used Safelite over a dozen times in the past at multiple locations nationwide. Never had an issue so I thought I could trust them again with my Lexus Rx300 I just bought a few weeks ago that needed a windshield replacement. What was supposed to be a 2hr windshield replacement has turned into an ongoing fiasco. I was scheduled Friday, technician Ryan came out and damaged my car during the process breaking molding, trim pieces, broke clips, and incorrectly set my windshield. Window was not centered. Seal was not installed properly and the A-piller interior trim/ plastic was cut. Things happen, mistakes are made but when you hand over the vehicle like nothing is wrong. That is a huge issue. Make sure to look over everything before you leave or let them leave! You cant trust anyone anymore! Safelite is fixing the issues. The one star is due to them not telling about the damage to my truck and an improper install.
