Unfortunately I used Safelite to replace my windshield. The first visit to install at my house the tech broke the new windshield and ruined the inner windshield liner. I was told that the inner liner wasn't available. It was. Just not from their suppliers. I then had 4 more visits to install the new liner or windshield with tint and all 4 times the technicians either didn't bring the liner or have the replacement windshield with the tint. Robert was awesome. He was communicative, friendly, and accommodating. He let me know when he would show up and was a pleasure to work with. He also did and outstanding job.
Told them my car year, make, and model. Made an appointment. The appointment day comes and I bring it in. Go home. Get a call that they don't have the glass and they didn't realize it until they started the work and I'll have to come back and pick up the car unrepaired. Then I get another call and they ask me to take unscheduled time off my work and come get it as soon as I can so that they can take the day off and close shop early.
