On time and very polite. Vehicle looked new when complete. They said whet they would do, then did it!!

Scheduled online on Thursday night for that Saturday between 8 am-12pm. Received texts for upcoming appointment. Was called 30 min prior to arrival to let me know they were on the way. Arrived on time at 0800. Service tech was Nice and Knowledgeable. Was finished within the time he stated it would take .
Took a rock to the windshield and glass cracked 3/4 of the way across. USAA insurance sent me to Safelite. Drove 40 miles to have it replaced and calibrated. Couldn't calibrate due to Ford server being down. Blake came to my home to finish calibration. Wish a shop had been closer, otherwise, good service.
