The technician was absolutely wonderful. Safelite itself is a ripoff. You charged me a 40 dollar disposal fee for a window that wasn't there. You add on extra fees for the stuff you use to install the window when it should be included in the price upfront. You quote me a price but when I go to pay for it, you've added another 50 bucks in there. Greedy company and I will never use Safelite again.
