Poor customer service.
Got a crack in the windshield after getting behind a logging truck that pitched a small gravel. Booked a safe lot and Huntington, West Virginia, Virginia to either repair or replace the windshield, they replaced it. They did a great job with great service and it’s been a week without any problems whatsoever.
Windshield is good and dosent leak.the clips that hold the trim on was broken after the windshield was replaced and failed to let anyone know
Very efficient and was kind and explained the whole process and was very knowledgeable.
Safelite has been replacing my windows for many years! They make getting windows replaced convenient and easy! I would highly recommend this company! They do excellent work and they will come to your home or job to replace your windows.
