Easy online scheduling for insurance-covered windshield replacement. I arrived about 20 minutes early and they were able to start my job early (appointment was at 9:00 am). I was told to anticipate 2-3 hours to complete the service but they were done in about an hour. Friendly staff, super service, they handle the insurance paperwork -- definitely recommend.
My insurance company set me up with Safelite Boulder for an appointment, but I tried to call them and spent a very long time trying to get to a person... but Safelite has designed their automated system to try to avoid letting you speak with a person at all costs. This wasted so much of my time. I called the insurance company to report this and that I can't do business with Safelite since I can't reach a human being and that they should not be recommending this company to customers.
