The website is easy to use but the service is poor. Appointment is 12-5 but the technician didn’t show until almost 5pm. When they arrived, it feels like they’re in a rush. They broke the plastic that covers the rearview mirror cable, didn’t put the dashcam back and didn’t put the EZ tag back. The plastic that holds the glass is not seated properly too. It’s my son’s car, I had to drive to college station from Houston that evening to fix all that for him. If you want half done job, call Safelite.
Easy to make online reservations. Arrived early and they worked me in before my scheduled appointment. I had the windshield replaced on my 2015 Ford F-250 Super Duty. They were finished in one hour. Great service experience and nice folks.
Brandon came out and did a great job replacing my windshield. He even cleaned all my windows when he was finished.
