Very professional and friendly staff. They made sure that I understood and was happy with the replacement.
I had an appointment to have my windshield replaced and they never showed up. When I called I was told that they cancelled my appointment without giving me the courtesy of a call. When I checked I was told the manager decided not to work on older vehicles in contrast to corporate policies. AVOID!
They cancelled my appointment two hours before the start of my service window because this district will not service vehicles before 2000. No one contacted me in the several days since I made the appointment, so I wasted a day of PTO and wasted time preparing the vehicle for service. Their system will let you schedule an appointment for vehicles made in 1949, but they will not service vehicles made before 2000.
