Seamless from beginning to end.
Windshield cracked on our road trip. We called Safelite and were able to get an appointment at our destination for the evening. Repair was completed in 3 hours including all recalibration for wipers, cameras, etc. They even preserved and reattached the Fastrak tag. Very prompt and professional. Thanks to Safelite we were able to stay on schedule.
I needed my back window fixed asap and I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day for them to come out. It was getting close to closing time and Amber still made sure to follow through with my order even though after coming out to meet me she had to go back to the store for a part!! I really appreciate her dedication and constant communication with me the plan! Would definitely recommend!
They did a wonderful job with our windshield.
