I came in with a quarter size rock chip repair. I had two others out of view that I was not originally considered about, but after Chase fixed my main concern; he came to the lobby and asked whether I wanted him to repair the other two rock chips while I’m here and I said yes. This was exceptional service in my eyes. Chase could have done the one and bypassed the other two in order to finish up quicker and get me going, but instead he went above and beyond to fix the others. It was much appreciated!
Nothing short of amazing. Came to my house and completed the install of my windshield and recalibration. Nathan was my tech. He was amazing. Made sure I knew everything and answered all my questions before he left. He was presentable and professional every step of the way.

I needed to replace my 2010 Ford F150 windshield and contacted Safelite. From the moment I hopped online to schedule to the technician coming out and installing the glass, it was the most amazing experience! Unfortunately I had to reschedule four times because my truck was being painted and it kept on being delayed. The ease of that was just fantastic!
