Firstly I will say that the people at this location were helpful & worked with me the best they could. Thank you! With the above said, the following is a criticism of Safelite itself. I scheduled an appointment for early in the morning and received a quote via a phone call & online confirmation. After my first phone call and scheduling an appointment, I was unable to reach a person because the numbers I dialed would tell me to "make an appointment online" and then hang up on me.
