Technician Paul was ever educational. On time, and very quick but efficient with putting in our windshield.
I had a small chip repaired. After repair, there was a cracked to the the repair. The next day, after car parked in driveway overnight...a Large crack appeared, above the smaller crack at the repair site. This was devastating. Called my insurance, who called Safelite. Was told they would call me, but didn't call. Now. I have to replace the entire windshield. I don't feel that this shop does professional work and do not recommend having your windshield repaired here. I would rather have another company replace my windshield.
I did have to go to Visalia as they didn't have any mobile appointments available (which I am not mad about). The technician who greeted me was prompt and explained what they were going to do to fix the chip in my window. They took my keys and I sat in the waiting room. I was barely there 30 minutes before they returned my car to me. It looks like nothing had even happened to my windshield. I will gladly keep taking my car to safelite for all my glass needs.
