I hate Safelite. Their automated phone system is garbage. All I want to do is get a rock chip repaired. When you call first you get a phone menu, then you get to an AI who demands your full name and is incapable of getting it right. The AI will also demand your email and my email has letters and numbers which makes it confusing when trying to spell it out for the AI. Why is it this hard? Does Safelite not want customers?
