The technician that came to our home was excellent. He called earlier in the day, introduced himself, and let us know where we were in the queue and an estimated time of arrival. He actually showed up a little early. He explained exactly what he would be doing and what we could expect. Afterwards he went over every detail. He was courteous and professional and deserves a raise.
