I'm giving a 5 star because the service I got at the Las Cruces location was very good. The office and waiting area were clean, coffee and water available, and the office staff were friendly and helpful. I have a new windshield and the camera is recalibrated and working well. If I could I would take off a half star but only because I wasn't told at the time I scheduled my at home appointment that they couldn't do the recalibration for my car in the field and I had to come in. Completely satisfied by how quick I got it done, the communication with tech n the work they did. Satisfied across the board!
Setting the appointment was very easy. The office communicated every step of the way. Once I arrived, I was helped immediately. Jeremy was very nice and kept me updated on the progress of my windshield. He also made sure all of the stickers on the old windshield were transferred to my new windshield. I had to wait at the office since I did not have a way to get home and the entire process took just over an hour. It was a wonderful experience from the time I set the appointment to the time I left the office.
