DJ came to my house to replace my windshield. He called that morning to let me know when he would arrive, and he was right on time. He walked me through what he would be doing and gave me a very accurate estimate of how long it would take. I received messages to update me on his progress while he was working. When he finished, he gave me simple instructions on what to do and what not to do in order to insure that there would be no issues.
