Tech did a GR8 job !
I originally came in to get my windshield repaired, but they ended up cracking it when they tried to repair it and I do understand that’s the risk you run with the repair, but I didn’t receive an apology or any type of compensation for that which I would’ve appreciated. Overall, they did do good work and my windshield is back to normal and fixed. It was just a little disheartening when I thought I was gonna get it repaired for free and ended up having to pay almost $600 for a new windshield.
I’m not usually one to leave a negative review. I’m completely disgusted with how my concern was handled. I had my windshield replaced with “premium upgrade” excellent communication with the technician although he cut my windshield sprayer hoses and no new wipers installed. Wasn’t upset called in arranged for return repair which I ended up a week out for repair which wasn’t ideal but ok right… a different technician arrives (30 years experience from what I was told from customer service) was told repair was completed which w... read more
The work was done fine but I was to receive a certificate of calibration on the windshield. Not only did I NOT RECIEVE IT, it was impossible to reach them by phone as the kept saying that my number wasn't in their record. So, I have no promised Certificate of Calibration and no way to receive one. I won't be dealing with Safelite again!!
