It's no fun having a broken windshield! The convenience of Safelite's home service make having it replaced easy. The tech who took care of us was professional and friendly.
A few weeks ago they fixed my driver side window and did a great job and it was done faster than expected! Customer service in store was great! I then noticed my door wouldn’t lock on the side so I had to come back to get it looked at and fixed. I spoke with someone when calling and they were so nice helping me get scheduled to get it looked at with no problem. My appointment was at my home from 12-5 pm. Steve called to see if he could come earlier, which was fine. He was done in no time and couldn't have been nicer and professional!
