Over all my windshield was installed properly and professionally what I didn’t like was the way they left my car dirty and my door seal was scratched where you step in like they had dirty shoes when I got home I had to vacuum the fine glass they left behind
One employee told me my windshield crack could be repaired so I made an appointment. Go in for my appointment and was told I needed the whole windshield replaced and they didn't have my windshield on hand so I had to make ANOTHER appointment. No calls and no one showed up for the mobile appointment so I contact customer support and find out that William at this Rancho Cucamonga location did not actually schedule my appointment, even though he didn't hesitate to charge my credit card. I picked Safelite after getting multiple estimates from others online, but I never committed after seeing their prices. But one day flat on my back resting after busy day thought I would try again on my phone. Safelite option popped up during my search. I was suprised how easy and quick the online estimate and scheduling software works. Not alot of steps to the process. A few clicks on my android phone.
